They gave me an appointment for a week, and someone was missing, and that same afternoon they beat me to it. They repaired my car windshield in literally 40 minutes, with two small dents. Andrés is a tremendous machine.

I took my car there, and although there were some issues beyond their control, they resolved them very efficiently. They also left the car spotless inside, vacuumed, and cleaner than when I took it. I recommend them 100%.

The treatment and attention I received from Isaac was phenomenal. He's a great professional who does his job very well.
The problem was with the Ralarsa head office. They confirmed the windshield was in stock and gave me an appointment with Ralarsa Móstoles to replace it. Upon arriving in Móstoles, Isaac confirmed that the head office had canceled my appointment without warning, reopened it, and requested stock. The insurance company should review the Ralarsa head office's procedures to avoid these problems and provide customers with options.
In the end, after two weeks, I was able to replace it at another garage (it took three days).
