Mediadores Asturias and Ralarsa maintain their collaboration in 2021

The company specializing in automotive glass commits, once again, to supporting the professional association in achieving its training objectives.

The president of the Colegio de Mediadores de Seguros del Principado de Asturias, Reinerio A. Sarasúa, and the Commercial Director of Ralarsa, Ricard Benasco, confirmed the continuation of the collaboration that both organizations have maintained for years, during a recent meeting at the headquarters of the professional association.

Thanks to this agreement, Mediadores Asturias has the support of the company specializing in repair and replacement of automobile glass to launch initiatives and activities aimed at promoting and boosting the training of insurance brokers in all their fields of activity; and to collaborate as widely as possible with all other actions that pursue this same goal.

The meeting was also attended by the vice president of the Colegio, Ignacio Friera, and the Asturias Area Sales Manager of Ralarsa, Susana Fernández. During the meeting, they discussed some of the matters that currently most concern the sector, highlighting the consequences and effects of the coronavirus pandemic, and considered the most immediate challenges to be faced in the new scenario imposed by COVID-19.

In this context, Ricard Bernasco announced that a new service center will soon be inaugurated in the Asipo industrial estate (Llanera), with the aim of expanding and improving coverage in an important area at both regional and national levels, ensuring a comfortable, high-quality service with the widest range of options to resolve a claim.

For the president of the professional association, Reinerio A. Sarasúa, the renewal of this agreement takes on a new dimension given the crisis caused by COVID-19. “In times of uncertainty, such as those we are experiencing due to the coronavirus crisis, it is essential to have the support and experience of strategic partners like Ralarsa,” he pointed out.

For his part, Ricard Benasco stated that for Ralarsa it is a source of pride to be able to collaborate with an entity of this level and to thus strengthen, once again, the relationship that unites us. At a time where changes and technological improvements in vehicles and the massive incorporation of passive safety elements into windshields are part of everyday life, for us it is vitally important to be able to clearly reach the mediation sector and make known our specialized services and the new equipment we have. We currently have the means necessary to successfully carry out the replacement and subsequent calibration of built-in control cameras for any type of vehicle, whether a car, van, truck, or coach. We also have mobile units to offer this service at the client’s home, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel.
