My experience couldn't have been better!! Discovering this place was like being sent down an angel. And the guy couldn't have been more competent and professional.
At first, my insurance company suggested I call Carglass (don't do it). After waiting more than four months without a side window for my van, because they had ordered it but said they couldn't find one. I even offered to find one, buy it, and bring it to them myself, because I know my van is the most common model and you can find them at any junkyard... They told me they were closing my file and that I should find another place.
That same afternoon, late in the day, I found this workshop by chance, called, and they gave me an appointment for the next morning first thing. In less than two hours, it was finished!! Amazing, after being without a side window for more than four months waiting for the others... Plus, I think the guy even put oil on the sliding door, because it opens and closes much better ever since!! And the window they installed is so much nicer, and the view from inside is so much better than the one that came with the van! I'm so happy. I don't understand how there can be any negative reviews... For me, it's definitely the best place. And I'll recommend it to everyone.
It took me a while to write this review because I'm terrible at sitting down to do things on my phone, and I usually just skip writing reviews and stuff. But in this case, I wanted to do it from day one, and I've had it in mind every day when I've been in the van.
Oh! And I almost forgot that they also fixed a chip I had on the windshield, without me even mentioning it or asking! That was such a thoughtful touch... I didn't ask your name, but seriously, thank you so much!
