Our car window was broken. We rushed over, completely stressed, and they fixed it right away. That same day, a Friday in July, arriving at noon, they told us it was no problem, that we should come back at 4:30 and it would be fixed. And it was, at Relarsa Tomares, right next to Ikea :) They treated us with a friendliness and professionalism that we won't forget.

From the first call, they were very professional and attentive. I called from outside Madrid after seeing that the windshield was cracked and getting worse.
They reassured me and gave me an appointment at a time that suited us.
Iván helped me fill out the accident report for the insurance company.
Everything went according to schedule.
When I went to pick up the car, another very friendly employee helped me (he didn't tell me his name).
The car was still covered in plastic on the seats, and they were able to save the stickers (which was much appreciated).
He also offered to take my car out of the shop himself if I wanted, and he did (which is always appreciated). They gave me the necessary instructions and advice, and from now on, this will be our go-to place. The staff's friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to provide urgent service are highly recommended. Thank you!
