The staff were friendly and did a good job, but the manager was a bit pedantic about the rules and access procedures. He should relax a little more when dealing with customers.
In response to your reply, I don't think it's necessary to contact you again; hopefully, I won't have to return. My comment is as a customer's opinion. As you mentioned (let's call it the entry protocol), it would be helpful if, when delivering the vehicle, you focused on customer satisfaction, the work done, the service received, and not just said, "This is xxx, you can now pick up the vehicle."
