The treatment and attention I received from Isaac was phenomenal. He's a great professional who does his job very well.
The problem was with the Ralarsa head office. They confirmed the windshield was in stock and gave me an appointment with Ralarsa Móstoles to replace it. Upon arriving in Móstoles, Isaac confirmed that the head office had canceled the appointment without warning, reopened it, and requested stock. The insurance company should review the Ralarsa head office's procedures to avoid these problems and provide customers with options.
In the end, after two weeks, I was able to replace it at another garage (it took three days).
