Very positive experience... On Saturday night, a window on my car was smashed. I called my insurance company at 9pm and they told me that the company would call me on Monday to give me an appointment. On Monday at 9am, this company called me to confirm which window needed to be changed. They made an appointment for me at 3.30pm and at 5.30pm they called me, saying that the car was ready.
