Terms and Conditions – Promotion “Free Rain‑Repellent Treatment with Repair or Replacement”

1. Purpose of the promotion

Ralarsa offers its customers the “Free Rain‑Repellent Treatment” promotion, which consists of the free application of a professional rain‑repellent treatment to the front windshield when booking a glass repair or replacement service through the online appointment platform available at www.ralarsa.com .

The treatment will be applied exclusively upon completion of the service, at no additional cost to the customer.

2. Geographic and time scope

This promotion is valid throughout Spain.
It will be in effect from December 1 to December 31, 2025 (inclusive), or while supplies last.

Ralarsa reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons, with prior notice posted through its official channels.

3. Conditions to obtain the gift

To benefit from the promotion, the customer must meet all the following requirements:

• Request and confirm the appointment exclusively through the official Ralarsa website:

  Appointments requested in person or through any means other than the website are excluded.
• The appointment must be for a windshield, rear window, or side glass repair or replacement service.
• The request, confirmation, and management of the appointment must be carried out entirely through ralarsa.com.
• The customer must attend the workshop on the agreed date and complete the contracted service within the campaign period.
• The promotion will only be valid at workshops participating in the campaign.
  Home service via mobile units is expressly excluded.
• Promotion limited to one participation per vehicle/license plate.
• The treatment will not be applied in the following cases:
  • If the appointment was not booked through ralarsa.com.
  • If the customer does not show up or cancels without rescheduling within the promotional period.
  • If the vehicle has already benefited from this same promotion previously.
  • Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes.

4. Rain‑repellent treatment features

• The treatment consists of a water‑repellent solution manually applied to the windshield.
• Its purpose is to improve visibility in rainy conditions and increase safety and comfort while driving.
• It is not exchangeable for cash or other products or services.
• Will be applied by qualified Ralarsa technical staff free of charge.
• The duration of the effect may vary depending on vehicle use and weather conditions.

5. Availability and limitations

• The promotion is subject to product availability in the participating workshops.
• Ralarsa is not responsible for delays or temporary stock shortages in any center.
• In case of lack of availability, the customer will be informed and may be offered a postponed application if possible.

6. Data protection

The personal data collected for the management of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

7. Acceptance of conditions

Participation in this promotion implies express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any partial or total breach of the requirements described will automatically invalidate the right to receive the gift.
