Terms and Conditions – Promotion “Free Rain‑Repellent Treatment with Repair or Replacement”

1. Purpose of the promotion

Ralarsa offers its customers the promotion “Free Rain Repellent Treatment”, which consists of the free application of a professional rain repellent treatment to the front windscreen, when contracting a windscreen repair or replacement service by booking an online appointment through the official website www.ralarsa.com.

The treatment will be applied exclusively after completion of the service, at no additional cost to the customer.

2. Geographical and temporal scope

This promotion is valid throughout Spain.

It will be valid from 15 February to 16 March 2026, both inclusive, or while stocks last.

Ralarsa reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons, with prior notice through its official channels.

3. Conditions to receive the gift

To benefit from the promotion, the customer must meet all of the following requirements:

• Request and confirm the appointment exclusively through Ralarsa’s official website:

• Appointments requested in person, by phone or through any other channel are excluded.

• The appointment must correspond to a windscreen repair or replacement service (front windscreen, rear window or side windows).

• The request, confirmation and management of the appointment must be completed entirely through ralarsa.com.

• The customer must attend the workshop on the agreed date and complete the service within the campaign period.

• The promotion is valid only at Ralarsa workshops participating in the campaign.

• Mobile on-site services are expressly excluded.

• Promotion limited to one participation per vehicle/license plate.

The rain repellent treatment will not be applied in the following cases:

• If the appointment has not been requested through ralarsa.com.

• If the customer does not attend or cancels the appointment without rescheduling within the promotional period.

• If the vehicle has already benefited from this same promotion previously.

• Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes.

4. Characteristics of the rain repellent treatment

The treatment consists of the manual application of a water-repellent solution to the windscreen.

Its purpose is to improve visibility in rainy conditions and increase driving safety and comfort.

• It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.

• It will be applied by qualified Ralarsa technicians, at no additional cost.

• The duration of the effect may vary depending on vehicle use and weather conditions.

5. Availability and limitations

The promotion is subject to product availability at participating workshops.

Ralarsa is not responsible for possible delays or temporary stock shortages at any centre.

In case of lack of availability, the customer will be informed and, where possible, a deferred application may be offered.

6. Data protection

Personal data collected for the management of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

7. Acceptance of conditions

Participation in this promotion implies express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Any total or partial breach of the requirements described will automatically invalidate the right to receive the gift.
