Terms and Conditions — “Free Wiper Blades” Promotion 2026

1. Purpose of the promotion

Ralarsa offers its customers the “Free Wiper Blades” promotion, whereby customers who book an appointment through www.ralarsa.com to have their vehicle glass repaired or replaced may receive a free set of windscreen wiper blades, at no additional cost and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Geographical scope and promotional period

The promotion is valid throughout Spain.

The promotion will run from 14 September 2026 to 18 October 2026, both dates inclusive, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

Ralarsa reserves the right to end the promotion early if the available stock is exhausted.

3. Conditions for receiving the gift

To benefit from the promotion, customers must meet all of the following requirements:

• Request and confirm their appointment exclusively through www.ralarsa.com during the promotional period.
• Appointments made directly at a workshop, by telephone or through any channel other than the website are excluded.
• Attend the workshop on the agreed date and complete the booked service.
• The service must be a vehicle glass repair or replacement.
• The promotion is only valid at participating Ralarsa workshops.
• A maximum of one free set of windscreen wiper blades per vehicle registration number will be provided.
• The gift is subject to availability and compatibility of the available wiper blades with the vehicle.
• The promotion will remain valid until 18 October 2026 or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

4. Services included

The promotion applies to the following services:

• Windscreen repair.
• Windscreen replacement.
• Rear window replacement.
• Side window replacement.

Ralarsa reserves the right to exclude certain services or special cases when necessary for operational reasons.

5. Gift availability

A limited number of windscreen wiper blade sets have been allocated to this promotion.

The provision of the free wiper blades is subject to stock availability and compatibility with the customer’s vehicle at the time the service is performed.

If stocks are exhausted, Ralarsa may end the promotion before the scheduled end date without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

If compatible wiper blades are not available for the customer’s vehicle, Ralarsa reserves the right to apply the conditions established for such circumstances as part of the promotion.

6. Exclusions

The following customers and services will not be eligible for the gift:

• Customers who book their appointment by telephone.
• Customers who book their appointment directly at a workshop.
• Customers who book their appointment through third parties or insurance companies.
• Customers who cancel their appointment before the service is carried out.
• Customers who do not attend their scheduled appointment.
• Services carried out outside the promotional period.
• Services that do not meet the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.
• Vehicles for which compatible wiper blades are unavailable within the stock allocated to the promotion, unless Ralarsa provides an alternative.

7. Provision of the wiper blades

The windscreen wiper blades will be provided to the customer upon completion of an eligible service, provided that all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions have been met.

The model of wiper blades provided will depend on compatibility with the vehicle and stock availability at the time the service is carried out.

The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with another product or service unless expressly determined otherwise by Ralarsa.

The promotion is limited to one set of wiper blades per vehicle registration number for the entire promotional period.

8. Data protection

Personal data collected for the management of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

9. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Ralarsa reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion for justified reasons and will communicate any such changes through its usual channels.
