On Monday, July 20th, I notified my insurance company that the windshield on my C4 was cracked. They told me they could replace it at 3:30 PM on Tuesday. Later, they informed me that it had arrived scratched and that they wouldn't replace it, scheduling me to come back at the same time on Wednesday.
They took my car on time, told me it would take two hours, and pointed me to a bar where I could get a coffee. Two hours later, the windshield was replaced, the car was perfect, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. A perfect ten!
