Today I had a problem with my car's driver's side window; I couldn't close it. After calling to see if they could bring it in, they very kindly found me a slot. After looking into it, and regretting their assessment that it was an electrical issue (they don't work on that), they couldn't fix it. However, they did manage to close the window, preventing theft since I had to leave it open. In short: Ivan's service was exceptional, and his staff were excellent. I will definitely return as soon as I have a problem with windows or glass. 100% RECOMMENDED. Thank you all for your kindness, and I'm sure I'll be back if I have another glass-related problem.
