From start to finish, the service was excellent. We had a problem with a crack in our windshield, and another well-known glass repair company wanted to charge us more than double what Ralarsa ultimately charged.

Special thanks to Laura, who understood the situation from the very beginning and was wonderful to us, and thanks to the technicians who did a fantastic job. They even put the registration and vehicle inspection stickers on the new windshield, which apparently wasn't included in the price. Highly recommended. If I need to replace my windshield again, I'll definitely use them.

We contacted them through Mapfre; I don't know if they work with other insurance companies.

I'm delighted with how quickly they fixed my broken windshield: I called yesterday afternoon, dropped off my car today, and by 11 am the windshield was replaced. They even managed to keep the vehicle inspection and emissions stickers! 👌 The woman who helped me was very friendly and attentive throughout the process. It was truly a pleasure dealing with such professionals. 100% recommended.
