Hello, I'm happy with Ralarsa's service. I called on September 23rd to see when they could replace my windshield, telling them there was no rush. They came on the 24th to replace it. They told me they'd arrive at 11:00 AM, but they came around 9:20 AM. I even chatted a bit with a very nice, friendly, and informative guy named Unai. He replaced it in an hour and a half, maybe even less than the two and a half hours they'd told me. Everything was great, it's a pleasure doing business like this.
