I went this morning to change the front window on my Audi A3 and the truth is that everything has been good. The guy (Giovanni I think his name is) arrived on time, he was super fast changing it and on top of that he gave me a couple of little gifts! I came back delighted and very happy, the guy is super kind and empathetic (he wasted a lot of time giving me advice and explaining things I didn't know).
