On Friday, I went to request a replacement for my car's windshield. They gave me an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m., and it was ready by 11 a.m. Anywhere else, they'd give me an appointment for Wednesday at the earliest, and I was leaving on Tuesday. A 10 for speed and efficiency, that's a pleasure.
