A very positive experience... On Saturday night, a window on my car was smashed. I called my insurance company at 9 p.m. and they told me the company would call me on Monday to schedule an appointment. On Monday at 9 a.m., the company called me to confirm which window needed replacing. They scheduled me for 3:30 p.m., and at 5:30 p.m., they called me back, saying the car was ready. Everything was done well and efficiently. The guy I dealt with was friendly and professional. Definitely a success. Thank you!!!
