The appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and at 1:00 p.m., they delivered the car after replacing the windshield and updating all the sensors inside it. They also recovered the MOT, SER, and Electronic Toll stickers and applied them. What a thoughtful touch.

I called and they scheduled me for an appointment one morning at 9:00 a.m. They called me back to confirm the appointment two days earlier. I showed up at the agreed time, and the guy at reception told me I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. and there was a car there beforehand. I told him I'd been scheduled for 9:00 a.m., and they called me to confirm. However, the guy repeated that he had scheduled it for 10:30 a.m., but I was able to leave the car, letting me know there was another car in front of me. At 12:00 p.m., I received a call stating that the glass was already installed. I understand this could have been a mistake, and it's completely understandable. The service and the repair were all correct, fast, and without any complaints. Highly recommended.
