On October 4th, 2025, Ralarsa held a very special day alongside our franchisees. A meeting designed to strengthen the team, share experiences, and drive our joint growth, always under our motto: Connecting and moving forward together.
We began the day with a guided tour of our central warehouse, where attendees got a close look at the journey each piece of glass takes — from arrival to distribution throughout the network. A tour that showcased our attention to detail and our commitment to quality and logistical efficiency.
The hotel served as the meeting point for the working sessions, where the Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR departments shared updates and strategies to improve the daily operations of our workshops. We were also joined by our sponsors, Fuyao and Pilkington, who presented innovations and solutions for the sector.
After lunch, we combined interactive dynamics with spaces to talk, enjoy, and share experiences in a relaxed atmosphere. A perfect opportunity to strengthen bonds, generate new ideas, and continue building together a stronger, united network.
One of the most emotional moments was the awards ceremony for the franchisees who stood out for their performance. These awards reflect the spirit that unites us: teamwork, innovation, and passion for what we do.

In the afternoon, the event featured interactive stands, live demonstrations with Dupon, new merchandising presentations, and talks about Google My Business. There were also leisure areas, DJ music, and a photo zone to capture the memories of the day.
