I'm changing my rating because they finally contacted me and resolved all the issues satisfactorily. I appreciate that they rectified the situation. Luckily, they reacted quickly, took responsibility, and fixed everything. Now I'm happy with the result. My personal experience was mixed. They cleaned the windshield fine, but they lost the plastic wiper guard, left the windshield washer jets miscalibrated (water was spraying over the roof), and left strips of black plastic on the dashboard. When I told them they hadn't installed the wiper guard, they said, "Good afternoon, I've spoken with a colleague. We don't have that part in stock, so it had to be installed. Once it left our premises, we don't know what could have happened." I won't be going back to that place, and I don't recommend it.

Very fast, the receptionist was very friendly, a job well done, very happy indeed.

Good afternoon. I've been struggling with my insurance company for eight months to get my car windshield repaired. They've sent me to several places and ignored me. But at Ralarsa Aguimes, they've been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them; they listen and care about your situation. They even did a temporary fix to keep water out of the car. I'm very grateful.
