Exceptional service. My passenger window was broken on May 1st [a holiday], and after 15 calls to my rental company to resolve the issue, they were unable to resolve it. I contacted Ralarsa and told them I was urgent so I could travel to Madrid, and everything was superb. On the afternoon of May 2nd, it was resolved within an hour and a half. They were magnificent professionals, both in their telephone service and in the workshop. If it happens to me again, which I hope not, I will call them again. Thank you very much for your attention.
