I found Ralarsa's service to be very poor: the appointment is scheduled by an automated operator, an AI bot or something similar, which doesn't record your information correctly. The workshop doesn't receive the information, putting them in a bind because the bot gives you an automatic appointment, but they don't get it.
The guy who was working was efficient; he took down my car's information manually, the old-fashioned way, and the next day my windshield was repaired.
When I went to pick up my car, I saw the poor guy trying to install a giant windshield on a van that weighed 18 kilos all by himself; with all the difficulty and danger that entails. I hope they assign him a colleague so he can continue providing good service. He deserves it, and so does the service Ralarsa is capable of providing.
