The guy who was working was efficient; he took down my car's information manually, the old-fashioned way, and the next day my windshield was repaired.
When I went to pick up my car, I saw the poor guy trying to install a giant windshield on a van that weighed 18 kilos all by himself; with all the difficulty and danger that entails.
