Context: I had already inquired at other workshops like C*rglass, but they weren't interested in working on such an uncommon, old car with such low resale value. I called Ralarsa, and they were fantastic. They gave me the phone number for the Ralarsa Almogávares location, where Juanjo helped me. I gave him some details over the phone, and he invited me to come to the workshop to take a closer look. I went to the workshop that same day, and Juanjo examined the windshield. After considering all the possible causes and solutions, he identified the problem and got to work. In half an hour, he fixed a problem with the windshield seals and moldings, which was causing water to leak into the car, with all the problems that entails.

I had an excellent experience with the Ralarsa center in Almogàvers after my car's side window was broken. From the very beginning, the process was quick and professional. Although they initially told me they didn't yet have the replacement part, the workshop contacted me personally to keep me informed, and the part arrived ahead of schedule.

They gave me an appointment right away, and on the day of the repair, I dropped off my car at 4:00 PM and it was ready by 5:30 PM. The work was fast, well done, and the service was very professional throughout the entire process.
