A 10 out of 10! This morning I took my car, now quite old, to have the windshield replaced, and they didn't just stop there. They also fixed internal rust problems (and other minor issues that didn't necessarily need fixing). They explained everything to me with photos of what they found when they removed the windshield, the aftermath, and so on. In short, they were PROFESSIONALS, and on top of that, they were incredibly friendly and had an amazing atmosphere.

Very professional, very fast, and very attentive. I wasn't familiar with this workshop, and when I had a collision with my windshield, I went to the one that immediately springs to mind because of all their advertising, but it turns out they don't work with my insurance (Mutua Madrileña). I came to Ralarsa as an alternative, but I was delighted with the service. It was a great experience, and I'm going to recommend them to everyone. Thanks to David and Antonio for their kindness and excellent service.
