On May 27th, we experienced a very special day at Ralarsa: we celebrated the official inauguration of our new center in Lorca. This event is part of our network renewal and modernization plan, aimed at continuing to offer our customers quality service that is close, efficient, and trustworthy.
The gathering brought together around twenty-five people, including institutional representatives, insurance sector professionals, and colleagues from brokerages and agencies across the Region of Murcia. Among the attendees were Antonio David Sánchez Alcaraz, Councillor for Industrial Services at the Lorca City Council, who expressed his support for this initiative; Juan Ondoño, Claims Director at Ruiz Re, a brokerage with more than forty offices and a hundred collaborators throughout Spain; as well as Antonio Navarro from Coinbroker and Antonio Teruel from Centerbrok.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to see our facilities first-hand, which are equipped to carry out glass repairs and replacements for vehicles in a fast and safe manner, while also enjoying a pleasant moment that helped strengthen relationships with industry professionals.
